Getting qualified for a loan is the most important first step. It’s important to make sure there aren’t any issues with your credit.

If you are just starting to think about buying a home, your first step should be to contact a lender. Initially, the lender will take your information over the phone. Once we find your home you will then go into their office and fill out a credit application.
